Blah: that is how I feel. my tummy is in knots and my legs and arms hurt, but in a strange way I like it. Today was hard. a lot of jumping.... my poor legs. I have laundry to do but i really don't want to tackle the 7 flights of stairs to do it. have i mentioned that my body is in pain!?? my COLD shower felt wonderful. no weight loss, but no weight gain either so that is good. I think the biggest struggle im going to have in all this is eating better. i like my sweats! and its even harder when you have a husband that dose too. i figure if we dont buy it i cant eat it. although i will say that after i work out i want some grapes or some juicy fruits not sweats to that is a good thing! I have noticed that all this working out and getting down on the floor and everything else makes my acid reflex really bad... so ill have to see about getting something to help with that too. i need to get on some sort of vitamins too, i know they will help! well that is pretty much it for day 2. I got up at 6 did my work out took a shower got laundry ready and sat down here and wrote a blog and its now 7:45... and Kaleb is still sleeping...

Honestly, that's ALL it is. Plyometrics is the basis of Insanity. It sucks, but it sucks so good!! haha.
ReplyDeleteAnd I use Women's One-a-Day with Iron or something. It works really well, I like it. Kind of a horse pill, though. lol
